3) Polite requests

Direct: Send en håndværker.
Polite: Kan I sende en håndværker?
More polite/semi-formal: Kunne I sende en håndværker?
Use kunne to make a request less direct.

4) A clear problem report

Include: address → problem → when it started → consequence → requested action → contact time. Keep the tone factual and polite.
