Grammar

3) Past or present perfect?

Use past tense when the period is finished: Jeg arbejdede der i tre år.
Use har + participle when the experience connects to now: Jeg har arbejdet her siden 2023.
i gives a duration; siden gives a starting point.

4) PD2 speaking tip

Support every job title with 1–2 concrete tasks. Instead of only saying Jeg var tjener, add Jeg betjente kunder og gjorde restauranten klar.
