2) Listen for four things
In PD2 listening a clinic message is longer than in PD1. Listen for:
1. hvem — clinic / doctor
2. hvornår — day and time
3. hvad skal du gøre — bring, arrive early, cancel
4. næste skridt — referral, tests, pharmacy

3) If and because
After hvis the word order is the same as after fordi: adverb before the verb.
Hvis du ikke kan komme, skal du ringe.
Du skal ringe, hvis du ikke kan komme.

4) Exam tip
